Your future contribution
Are you passionate about working with international people? As part of our People & Organization Team, you will drive administrative and organizational projects for our headquarters in Berlin. You’ll be involved in developing and improving processes to help ensure smooth daily operations and create an incredible atmosphere to support our talented team.

Please note, this is a 100% office based position.
How you’ll add value
  • The focus of the role will be to assist our colleagues, guests, suppliers, and external partners as the first point of contact in our Berlin office, as well as to contribute to ensure an inclusive, enjoyable, and productive environment. 
  • Create and maintain solid relationships with all relevant stakeholders, proactively supporting them by providing leadership
  • Each day you will: 
    • Take care of a variety of end-to-end projects with organizational impact
    • Coordinate and communicate with all our colleagues, guests, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations
    • Collaborate with Accounting and the People & Organization teams in regards to documentation and admin activities
  • On demand, you’ll be responsible for managing our team’s travel
  • Looking ahead to the future, you will also be involved in planning and organizing global company events (e.g. Summer Summit, Team offsites, Conferences etc.)
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Love working with people and love working to create and maintain a friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere in the office (and can live the #enableeachothertosucceed HomeToGo leadership principle!)
  • Have previous work experience or just finished your apprenticeship in the hospitality industry
  • Possess great communication skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage a large to-do list while never dropping the ball
  • Are proactive and solution-oriented
  • Have basic knowledge of IT hardware 
  • Have a high proficiency in verbal and written German skills and are fluent in English
