Talent Pool Process: 

1. Submit Your Application:

2. Review & Notification: 
   Our Talent Acquisition Team will carefully review applications. Although we may not be able to respond individually to every application, we’ll reach out when a fitting position becomes available within your area of interest.

3. Hiring Process: 
   Once a suitable role opens up, shortlisted candidates will go through a screening call and potentially 3-5 interview rounds, depending on the specific position

Your exact responsibilities will depend on the team you join, with the flexibility to shape the role based on team needs and your strengths. Potential contributions may include:

• Customer/Client Assistance: 
  Provide support in customer/client-facing roles if aligned with your assigned team.

• Operations Support: 
  Assist teams with general administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.

• Research & Analysis: 
  Conduct research and gather insights to support projects across the company.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  Work with departments like Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, or IT, depending on your assignment.

• Documentation & Reporting: 
  Help create and organize documents, reports, or presentations relevant to team initiatives.

• Event & Meeting Coordination: 
  Support team and department event organization, from planning to execution.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program – preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, though all backgrounds are welcome.

• Comfortable with German (C1 level) – you should be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken German.

• Great communicator – able to express ideas clearly in writing and in conversations.

• Basic skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – you’ll use these tools for documents, reports, and presentations.

• A team player who likes working with different types of people and can adapt to new tasks.
