Your exact responsibilities will depend on the team you join, with the flexibility to shape the role based on team needs and your strengths. Potential contributions may include:
Customer/Client Assistance:
Provide support in customer/client-facing roles if aligned with your assigned team.
Operations Support:
Assist teams with general administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
Research & Analysis:
Conduct research and gather insights to support projects across the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with departments like Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, or IT, depending on your assignment.
Documentation & Reporting:
Help create and organize documents, reports, or presentations relevant to team initiatives.
Event & Meeting Coordination:
Support team and department event organization, from planning to execution.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program – preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, though all backgrounds are welcome.
Comfortable with German (C1 level) – you should be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken German.
Great communicator – able to express ideas clearly in writing and in conversations.
Basic skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – you’ll use these tools for documents, reports, and presentations.
A team player who likes working with different types of people and can adapt to new tasks.
