Your future contribution
Utilize your expertise as well as your business and technical background to drive cross-cultural engagement and interaction with our business development and engineering teams, with the ultimate goal of helping our partners succeed on the HomeToGo platform. As we scale, seamless and effective integration of our vacation rental partners onto our website is crucial for our ongoing success. As part of a business-critical, tech-driven Partner team you will play a key role in our continued growth by applying your technical know-how and problem-solving ability to our post-integration processes.

Talent Pool Process:

    Once a suitable role opens up, shortlisted candidates will go through a screening call and potentially 3-5 interview rounds
How you’ll add value
  • Work closely with an agile development team based in Berlin and Lithuania to integrate new providers and improve the performance of our existing providers
  • Prioritise daily operational work, new API integrations, and integration improvements based on business impact and technical feasibility in collaboration with other departments
  • Build a close relationship with providers by communicating and cooperating with them directly
  • Manage our provider integrations through technical improvements of their connection
  • Offer first-class quality assurance and technical account management to support on all technical levels
  • Act as a central interface between our business development and tech teams, ensuring internal alignment on all aspects of our partner integration
  • Establish best practices and monitor technical performance metrics
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a digital industry, preferably in the travel sector
  • Possess practical knowledge of REST API, XML, JSON, and similar technologies
  • Demonstrate strong technical account problem-solving skills, including analytical, troubleshooting, and general problem-solving abilities
  • Are able to quickly learn about complex systems and dependencies between components
  • Have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Are self-driven, able to manage daily schedules and handle an overwhelming number of requests from various people
  • Are able to effectively communicate on a technical level with the development team that work with the provider, as well as translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have experience in the travel industry, especially vacation rental software, would be a plus
  • Proactively communicate plans, progress, and problems with the team, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Make decisions based on data to maximize business value delivered
