You deliver outstanding advice, review thoroughly and take on a high variety of legal tasks in particular concerning civil, contract and travel-related regulatory law.

• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting of contracts in close collaboration with various departments and group entities 
• Advising product launches and website/app changes considering regulatory requirements, particularly under consumer protection law 
• Ensuring implementation of newest (EU) regulatory and statutory requirements 
• Assessing legal requests and finding pragmatic solutions 
• Communicating legal advice in a simple, practicable and clear manner
• Participating and leading projects inherent to different departments or group entities
• Focus points: civil / commercial law, consumer protection, regulatory / public law

• Two state exams passed above average or similar (commercial) law degree recognized in the European Union
• 3+ years of work experience in a law firm, corporate environment, or preferably in a start-up/scale-up
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on civil / commercial law 
• High proficiency in English (fluent); German is a plus
• Diligence and reliability, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good analytical and communication skills combined with tech-savviness and genuine interest in technology (e.g. AI)
• Business understanding, solution orientation and sound judgment 
• Open-minded, receptive to candid feedback, and possessing a direct communication style
• Autonomous working style with a strong sense of ownership
• Proactive and pragmatic work approach with ability to prioritize and respect deadlines
