Your future contribution
Als Head of Sales trägst Du aktiv zur Förderung nachhaltigen Wachstums bei und maximieren die Rentabilität in allen Kundensegmenten. Du übernimmst die strategische Weiterentwicklung sowie das effiziente Management der Vertriebsorganisation.
How you’ll add value
  • Förderung nachhaltigen Wachstums und Maximierung der Rentabilität in allen Kundensegmenten
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und effizientes Management der Vertriebsorganisation
  • Aufbau langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung und zur Sicherung der Marktstellung
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Schlüsselpartnerschaften mit strategischen Kunden zur langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
  • Gezielte Akquise neuer Kunden und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Verkaufsteams durch gezielte Schulungen und individuelles Mentoring
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb und nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung von Vertriebsteams
  • Strategische Denkweise sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen der Organisation und mit Kund:innen
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Erfahrung in der Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Veränderungsbereitschaft und Agilität in einem sich ständig entwickelnden Markt
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategie
