Your future contribution
This position is a maternity cover with a limited contract of one year

As a Partner Connectivity Specialist, you independently handle the majority of API-related issues using tools like Postman, JSON/XML debugging, and internal logs. You are responsible for minimizing downtime for partners through quick and accurate troubleshooting as well as identifying recurring issues. You will also be the first person to investigate quality issues reported by Guest Relations and other internal teams. Within the team, you will lead initiatives to automate and document resolution processes.
How you’ll add value
  • Act as the bridge between our internal technical teams and the external partner.
  • Handle incoming partner and internal inquiries related to API and connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies, or escalate when needed.
  • Support technical onboarding of new API providers or property managers.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases or develop playbooks for onboarding/support.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Previous experience in customer/B2B facing technical support roles
  • Possess excellent people and communication skills; you can clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., partners, internal teams)
  • Have an analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and utilize relevant data points to deliver maximum value to HomeToGo and our partners
  • Able to interpret and debug JSON/XML responses and use tools such as Postman
  • Have a structured & systematic way to analyze product anomalies and their severity. 
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Are fluent in English, any other language is a plus
