  • Manage online legal pages: Use your tech-savviness to update and maintain our legal resources, keeping all information current and accurate.
  • Enhance legal operations: Contribute to improving legal processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing smart solutions using tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, DocuSign, Salesforce, Confluence, and newly introduced legal AI tools.
  • Manage legal inboxes: Handle incoming communications, prioritize messages, and ensure timely responses.
  • Support administrative matters: Your support will play a key role in the team’s overall productivity and success.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Reliable and thorough: You take your tasks seriously and always aim for top quality.
  • Organized: You manage multiple tasks with ease and keep things running smoothly.
  • Tech-savvy: You pick up new software and systems super fast.
  • Team player & independent: You collaborate well with others but also take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong communicator & detail-oriented: You communicate clearly and spot the small but important details.
  • Law student (3rd semester or higher): You're currently  studying law or business law.
  • Fluent in German and English: You can communicate clearly in both languages.

Note: We operate a rolling recruitment approach  - no deadlines, just opportunities. Should the volume of applications become too high, we might briefly remove this posting to provide our hiring team the space for thorough and unbiased review. The role will be made available again if we decide we’re still looking for the right fit.
