Lead the Accounting Marketplace Team of up to 4 people (technically and disciplinary) to prepare the monthly reporting according to IFRS and annual financial statements according to HGB (German GAAP)
Prepare internal financial reportings for the CFO, local MD and other relevant stakeholders
Analyze, review, improve existing accounting-related processes and implement new operational processes and guidelines
Serve as the main contact person for all reporting topics for our Marketplace entities for both, internal and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, investors etc.)
Use the opportunity to expand your skills/knowledge in working with SAP S/4HANA and other SaaS-Solutions.
Have 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting according to HGB, relevant professional experience in the areas of general ledger accounting, German VAT, and process improvements, IFRS is a plus.
Demonstrate the ability to successfully lead and develop teams.
Show strong commitment and willingness to take ownership and initiative for changing processes and implementing solutions.
Have advanced time management skills and a strong ability for self-organization.
Possess strong computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with DATEV and SAP S/4Hana is a plus.
High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
