In this role, you will create high-quality, user-centered designs that define the end-to-end user experience for HomeToGo’s consumer web and app platforms. Your work will directly support our goal of delivering impactful features and seamless booking experiences, helping millions of users find their perfect vacation rental with ease.

You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape a product that’s both functional and delightful—contributing to the ongoing evolution of our design system and tech stack. • Deliver high-quality design solutions for new features, with an early focus on redesigning key areas
• Contribute to the evolution and adoption of HomeToGo’s design system to ensure consistent and scalable design practices across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research to align on user needs and business goals.
• Continuously improve the user experience by conducting design research and applying data-informed design decisions.
• Ship features that result in measurable improvements in conversion rates, usability, and customer satisfaction. 
• Provide and receive thoughtful design feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Have 3-4 years of experience, specializing in tech products. 
• Are an expert in Figma and have a strong understanding of the full design lifecycle, from problem discovery to measuring impact.
• Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates critical thinking, problem-solving, and a keen eye for visual polish.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments like startups and Agile teams, and are adept at cross-functional collaboration.
• Are autonomous and take full ownership of your work, while also being open to feedback and eager to learn from your team.
• Are motivated by professional growth and enjoy working on a meaningful product with a visible impact on millions of users.
• Are a valuable team player who contributes to a positive, fun, and supportive work environment.
