We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) to join our Distribution Team, to build the systems that connect HomeToGo with thousands of partners—from individual agents to industry giants like Google, TUI, and Amadeus. In this role, you will architect and maintain the diverse channels that drive our growth, unifying our B2B tools and public channels into a single, high-performance ecosystem that distributes millions of vacation rentals globally.
You will join a team consisting of PHP and React (TypeScript) developers, built to deliver self-service software projects with a strong emphasis on data quality. Our engineers are involved in the full software life-cycle and have exposure to a broad set of technologies. Furthermore, you will be surrounded and supported by a team of smart, dedicated, fun, and equally driven people.
How you’ll add value
Work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders to identify requirements, plan milestones, and polish features by measuring performance
Choose adequate technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage the risk
Collaborate with the team to create and maintain features
Mentor team members and help hiring new talent
Solve technical design issues
Maintain a healthy codebase
Together with the team create technical and architectural standards
You’ll be successful in this role if you
Have 5+ years of professional experience
Have expert knowledge of recent PHP & Symfony versions
Have experience in building scalable systems
Have practical communication skills and the ability to work in a group
Have professional working proficiency in English
